@wyrmyan His eyes are definitively shut, stated as such in his Keypage, but I assume it functions somewhat like how the Proselytes get around while blindfolded, as they seem to simply be guided along by nature of the Index and Prescripts in general.

Dulci, quite literally, is not a character, which is reflected in C7's version of her being very barebones, stripped of "being a person" by the repitition
