🚨”SLAP ON THE WRIST” A Philippine national charged with filming a 3-year-old girl in the bathroom will likely serve no time in jail for that crime thanks to a plea deal Alexandria Commonwealth’s Attorney Bryan Porter gave the defendant.

However, the man will serve up to 6 months in jail for filming the girl’s mom. The mother told me they found the man’s phone in a bathroom vanity at an #Alexandria bakery, that it had been recording 19 people using the bathroom—-and they had no idea they were being filmed.

The man originally faced more than 20 years behind bars. But is getting up to six months instead.
