If the only outcome after confirming a customer's account was compromised is "buy the product again," then your recovery process deserves serious scrutiny. This customer isn't disputing your security protocols, they're questioning whether those protocols leave any meaningful path to recovery for legitimate account owners.
A security system that protects accounts but offers no practical remedy for verified victims risks undermining customer trust. We urge @Microsoft to conduct a review of this case and provide @1OnlyAlex with a solution beyond purchasing the same product twice. Security should protect customers, not become the reason they permanently lose what they paid for. #EthosIntervention
