One honest advice as a trader:

Treat Forex like the gym.

When you first enter the gym, you’re weak.

And then you wonder why there’s no progress.

But here’s what the gym teaches you…

Results don’t come from motivation.
They come from showing up on days you don’t feel like it.

Some days in the gym you feel strong.
Some days you feel off.
But you still train.

Some days in the market you win.
Some days you lose.
But you still follow your plan.

Nobody builds a great body in 30 days.
Nobody builds a solid account in 30 days.

It’s boring sometimes.
It’s repetitive.
It requires ego control.

You don’t add 100kg on the bar on your first week.
So why are you risking 10% per trade?

You don’t quit the gym because of one bad workout.
So don’t quit trading because of one bad week.

The real transformation in both?
Consistency + patience + emotional control.
