Date: June 2026.
For the first time, a human was given the command "rejuvenate your cells."
Harvard's David Sinclair's company injected 3 genes into a glaucoma patient's eye. The genes switch on and off with an ordinary antibiotic (doxycycline). The 4th gene, the one that carries cancer risk, was deliberately left out.
For now, just the eye. Just 12 patients. Results are expected by the end of the year.
But in 2020, the same method gave blind mice their sight back. It worked in monkeys too.
The question is: if it works for the eye, which organ is next?
And when that day comes... who will be able to afford turning a 60-year-old body back into a 25-year-old one?
"Pokemon Go"
Porque Niantic usó 30.000 millones de fotos y escaneos de los jugadores de Pokemon Go para entrenar un mapa gigante de IA: ahora usan todo para que robots de delivery naveguen las calles sin GPS.
I deleted TikTok and switched to Reels.
Tired of conspiracy theory content.
Now it’s just couple goals on Instagram.
My mental health is way better now.
No, I don’t believe AI influencers + OnlyFans is a real long-term business.
Not even talking about the moral side.
Competition is insane, most people don’t even watch AI influencers.
Plus, AI isn’t free, it’s expensive to run.
Not sustainable.
Collecting 1st edition pokemon cards are better.
CLAUDE CODE but for HACKING
its called shannon, you point it at website and it just... tries to break in... fully autonomous with no human needed
i pointed it at a test app and it stole the entire user database, created admin accounts, and bypassed login, all by itself, in 90 minutes
Gold, silver, and other periodic table elements can be lab-grown in the future or can become abundant because of asteroid mining.
Vintage Pokémon cards and art have no infinite copies possible?
Or am I wrong? I wonder can you make a vintage effect with tech?
If they reprint ONE vintage set... which LEGENDARY era are YOU bringing back?

Using high-end scanners to identify hits inside 30-year-old vintage packs changes everything. 🔬🃏
Since the valuable cards can be seen without opening, 'sealed' packs on the market will likely lose their premium as they become confirmed duds. This could lead to a price drop for sealed vintage, while the value of the actual cards may rise as buyers pivot to guaranteed assets.
Thanks to hight tech, the pokemon card market is moving from mystery to certainty.
I wish @TCGplayer would make this hobby TRULY GLOBAL one day! 🌍

Attached is a picture from my 1st edition Pokemon card collection. They are beautiful, aren't they?!!! 😍📸
I used to have a concern.
When I first started collecting, I kept asking: "What if the Pokémon Company reprints 1st Edition cards and crashes the market?"
After diving deep into TCG history, my perspective changed. Here is why the "Wizards-era" 1st Editions are in a league of their own:
1. The "Wizards" Legacy
The 1st Edition stamp was a product of the Wizards of the Coast (WOTC) era (1999-2002). Since Pokemon took over their own publishing, they have never reused that specific stamp. Modern tributes like Evolutions or Celebrations use different borders, copyright dates, and holo patterns. They are "tributes," not "clones."
2. The Magic: The Gathering "Warning"
We saw what happened with MTG’s 30th Anniversary Edition-reprinting high-value cards as "proxies" upset many. However, Pokemon has historically been much more protective of the "Vintage" identity. Even if they did a "retro" reprint, the 1999 copyright and original ink tech cannot be replicated perfectly.
3. Market Separation
Collectors and grading companies (PSA/BGS/CGC) treat original prints as historical artifacts. Scarcity and "Low Population" numbers on vintage slabs are independent of modern reprints. In fact, reprints often act as marketing, driving more interest back to the original 1st Editions.
Conclusion
While nothing is 100% guaranteed in any market, 1st Edition WOTC cards are protected by their history and unique manufacturing era. They aren't just cards anymore; they are the "Fine Art" of the Pokémon world.
Hasbro is being sued by its own shareholders for printing so many damn Magic cards, 'destroying the long-term value of the brand' https://t.co/k4du7M5NEe
I have a theory.
#Kabuto could be the next #Dogecoin.
Just like DOGE set the meme coin world on fire, Kabuto may spark a massive run on 1st Edition Pokemon cards. If that happens, the rest of the market will likely follow.
Pokemon cards these days give me pure 2017 crypto vibes...
Or instead, you can use AI to scan your entire Pokemon card collection (yes, even that box of 5k+ cards!) and let it build the absolute BEST deck for you.
You’re welcome.. you guys..
Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic are competing to see whose AI can play Pokémon the best.
Gemini leads by completing Pokémon Blue and advancing in sequels, while GPT models have also finished Blue and progressed further.
Claude's latest Opus version remains on Pokémon Blue/Red, slowly working toward gym badges and the Elite Four after months of attempts.
