NEW: @RishiSunak says the UK govt is waiving tariffs and taxes on medical equipment crucial to fight against #covid19- including ventilators, testing kits and PPE from outside the EU.

Goods will no longer be subject to customs duty/import VAT. Tariff can be up 12% of price.
