Sadly it’s the end of the road for Milton Rovers 08s. Had some great times over past 10 years and great memories, but loosing 7 players over last few weeks means the team can’t go on. Hopefully the boys who were there till the end manage to find a club soon.

@CarlukeThistle1 Happens too often in Carluke and lose boys who go outwith the town to play or give up all together. Needs to be a change to structure of youth football in Carluke to allow teams to survive beyond U15. Running as individual teams clearly isn’t the answer.

Disappointed not to take all 3 points after being ahead 3 times. Not a great 1st half but much improved 2nd half performance. Played some excellent football but just couldn’t do enough to win the match⚽️⚽️
