March 11, 2011.
The whole world grabbed their people and RAN from Japan.
Airports jammed. Embassies emptied. Goodbye.
And then—through the black waves—
America came CHARGING IN.
24,000 soldiers. Toward the radiation.
Toward the ruins. Toward US.
You named it "Operation Tomodachi."
FRIEND.
I'm crying writing this. 15 years later. Still.
HAPPY 250th BIRTHDAY, AMERICA!! 🇺🇸🔥🇯🇵
Japan never forgets. NEVER.
@notgaetti Dude stop posting about your family. No one wants to hear your wholesome experience and endearing love for your wife and daughter. Healthy commitment to the future generations is so passé. Also, it’s ok to sleep next to your baby. She will rest better
@VinceIovin43311@Pogojar@20Hojo They are overtrained and worse athletes. The weight training aspect of baseball is shortening careers and evidence is there
@notgaetti If you are always praising your wife, she will come to resent its absence. Best to praise her thrice a year only. Mother’s Day, Easter (scripture of course), and Groundhog Day.
@DavidAFrench Americans react poorly too the over exaggerated expressions. Americans are stoic. Working through pain is seen as a virtue, especially for males. Writhing in pain would be better received if they had a tough expression on their face, while trying to stand back up.
