Most cities have a variety of different lot sizes, and typically you start with yard alignments to determine setbacks, which are set based on neighboring properties. Setbacks are also not only dictated by zoning, but also codes.

@maxgoyzman So at 95% LTV for new multifamily construction assuming 100 pts, the premium would be 6.15% x 0.7 = 4.31%? Or am I misunderstanding?
