If you think Cocoon is AI, then you don't understand what Cocoon is. Cocoon is a decentralized competitor to AWS.
Owners of GPU equipment can rent out their computing power for AI tasks, and developers can use this distributed computing power. All task data is transmitted encrypted, so no one except the task creator knows what's there.

The idea is not new; there have already been attempts to do something similar, and there are even some projects currently live.

Why should Cocoon succeed?
Cocoon already has a huge customer - Telegram. Right now, some of the telegram's AI tasks are being performed by the Cocoon network, which allows Telegram to pay less money compared to AWS.

Why is this beneficial for the TON ecosystem?
All calculations are made in TON. Developers pay with TON, and equipment owners receive TON. So TON has brought back “mining” and gained a new utility.

The trend toward PoW tokens, such as Zcash, is currently returning, which should have a positive impact on the Cocoon and TON.
