At our annual District Governor’s “Servant Hero” theme Social, ID Dr. Mansell & PDG Debbie were both given LCICon 27 & LYF Sponsorships, CT Amanda Parson was given a Presidential Certificate of Appreciation & PCC Larry Burton was presented with a long overdue Presidential Medal.
