These are posers! Or if we did categorize them then I would say they are more of E-girls.

They only use the culture of “Goth” to sexualize it and make content for people who sexualize Goth women(Gooners). they most likely could not care about the politics of Goth people or the music or anything of the sort. THATS what makes a goth a Goth. And no, I’m not trying to gatekeep. I welcome anyone into the community!

However- where my problem is that they don’t give a fuck about anything that makes Goth what it actually is. They only care for the fact that it’s a quick cash grab. This is detrimental for actual goth people in the culture because now normal people who are not knowledgeable of the culture think that this is what Goths are-just sexualized deviants in pale foundation and lipstick 🌚.
