We are proud to be recognized once again as a Best Place to Work in Nigeria.
From meaningful work and career growth to employee well-being, recognition, and a culture of collaboration, this achievement reflects the experience our people help create every day.
Even though the world is becoming more and more cruel, I strongly believe every child deserves a chance to live.
Sometime ago I had a brief uninterested conversation with someone, it left me scared, and I battled with what decision to take, thank God is history now.
In todayβs global supply chains, a single temperature fluctuation isnβt just an operational hiccup, it can mean spoiled food, compromised vaccines, ruined agricultural products, and massive financial losses.
Yet, too many organizations still rely on manual checks...
@Dr_Pharouk@Deseiye_ I just want a good laptop badly. I mean gaming laptops not sleek and sexy. A machine cos I am an architect and also trying to learn UI/UX . Thank you π

My sister's son realised his classmates loves his food so he asked his mum to give him two flasks that one isn't enough. Boy began to sell it for N500 and some days mum Will receive alert in her Opay she asked why they're giving you money and he explained π
I was invited to the vice principal's office. My 8 year old daughter started business in school.
She said her class mates are not able to buy extra notes from school bookshop when they need it because they don't accept cash payments in the bookshop.
So she used part of her savings to buy 1 dozen of notebooks and 10 pens and started selling to her classmates and pupils from other classes were coming to buy from her.
She sold each book for N500 and pen for N250
She sold out.
The bubble bursted when someone broke into her bag and stole part of her revenue.
She said she hired 2 of her classmates and promised to pay them N500 every month.
I just came back from apologizing on her behalf for doing business in school. I have instructed her to write an apology note too.
The vice principal (a lovely woman) is both angry and impressed at the same time
She said my daughter is confusing her brain. God abeg
This my daughter can sell ice to an Eskimo. Someone that sells her paintings to her grandparents when other kids give theirs for free
God help us lead our children right o
Because sometimes..their brains seem to be working pretty faster.
What makes people stay & grow in an organization?
It is rarely just a job title.
It is the opportunity to take responsibility & grow beyond what you thought possible. The ability to work with people, engage with global partners, and contribute to solutions that improve lives.
What gets funded?
What gets adopted?
What gets scaled?
The answers often come down to who is in the room.

Wish I knew some things earlier I wouldn't have made certain mistakes in life. But not too late to adjust, the time is always now not later.
