Every water heater used in this country solely relies on a high wattage heating element, not the most efficient way to heat water here

Does it get ticketed for careless beaching, high or low tides, algae in sand, failure to wear beach belt while beaching, beaching with fog lights on during the daytime. If it's license gets revoked does the sand get towed or just the salt in water?
