Thirteen years ago, I wrote about @iamsrk reversing on an expressway in a car commercial. His fans came after me. He said nothing — he’d been paid to do the stunt.
The Delhi–Dehradun Expressway tragedy is the real version of that ad. No cameras. No safety net. Multiple people dead because someone missed an exit and decided to reverse on an access-controlled highway.
We put 21st century cars on 16th century driving instincts.
Celebrities who glamourise reckless driving on screen or in advertisements are never held accountable. They move on to the next endorsement. Ask you to drink or buy things they themselves may never consume or use.
The families of people that died don’t get to move on to the next brand.
Here’s the piece I wrote 13 years ago:

Can you believe, this ignoramus is the Oz HC to Pak 🤷🏽
Taxila flourished for over 2,000 years before Pakistan was born in 1947. Confusing present-day geography with civilisational ownership is historical illiteracy. Taxila was part of the broader Indic Hindu-Buddhist world, just as Harappa and Mohenjo-daro were.
Ironically, some of the most significant discoveries of that very civilisation have been made at Rakhigarhi in India, further underlining that the story of the Indus-Saraswati civilisation cannot be reduced to the history of a state that is not even 80 years old.
Borders change. History doesn’t.
After seeing the pictures of @supriya_sule’s daughter’s wedding, I once again realise how futile it is to take sides in politics, fight pointless battles for any politician and make enemies. Politicians themselves maintain personal relationships even with their sworn arch enemies. It is only common citizens who pick sides and get abused, trolled, and threatened. Best wishes for the newly weds.
This is the condition of the Punjab mansion of Hindu businessman Todar Mal who paid 7,800 gold coins and bought 4 yards of land from the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb to bury the bodies of the 2 young sons and mother of Guru Gobind Singh on December 13, 1705.
The Mughal faujdar Wazir Khan had ordered the two young children be bricked alive as they refused to accept Islam. When they died, their grandmother died of shock
The Mughals did not want to allow the cremation to humiliate the martyrs. They stipulated that the buyer can take only as much space as he could cover with give gold coins for the land. All the Sikh chiefs just stood helplessly
That's when Todar Mal produced the coins and bought the piece of land, and cremated the three bodies.
This is biggest irony of life, India is only country where its true heritage is hidden from next generation and falsehood Is taught.
World Bicycle Day, the Ladakh way. 🚴
To celebrate World Bicycle Day, observed on June 3, the University of Ladakh joined hands with the #FitIndia movement and clubbed the occasion with the already popular Sundays on Cycle initiative.
Was excited to join students of the University of Ladakh for the ride. From Ladakh, Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu and several other parts of India, they reflected the diversity and spirit of young India, coming together for fitness, health and a cleaner environment.
Adding to the occasion, His Highness Jigmet Namgyal Wangchuk, the King of Ladakh, and University Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Saket Kushwaha were on their bikes too.
The ride was from the University campus to Gurudwara Pathar Sahib. It was meant to end there. It didn’t.
After paying obeisance at the shrine, the enthusiasm of the students knew no bounds and they pedalled all the way back to the campus as well!
A wonderful reminder that cycling is not just a sport or a mode of transport—it is a celebration of health, community and sustainability.

Ladakh. Unlike anywhere else in the world.
A cycling paradise.
Could not resist the temptation. Borrowed a bike and rode through the beautiful village of Stok, across the river from Leh.
Sharing a few videos from the ride. ❤️🚴♂️🏔️
Look closely in the second video—you might catch a glimpse of the majestic Stok Kangri trying to peek through the clouds. 🏔️☁️
This is how propaganda works. 😂
Video 1: The langoor cutout works! 🎉

Our solitary mango tree had ambitious IPO plans this season.
Then came the monkeys, the thunderstorms, gravity, and possibly divine market correction. 🥭🌩️🐒😄
And today is supposed to be ‘Mostly Sunny’ 🤷🏽
After analysing 300+ articles by Ms Helle Lyng Svendsen, here is what we found:
1) All articles are critical of USA and Trump administration, she has used extremely vulgar language for Mr Trump
2) She calls Chinese President Xi Jinping a superhero and China a country with superpower
3) She has done multiple articles criticising US EV company Tesla and promoting Chinese EV companies as superior alternative
4) Multiple times she has lamented the decline in unity of the workers around the world, like a Soviet TV presenter from Gorbachev era
All evidence points to possible collusion with Chinese Communist Party
Now why will some Indian journalists collaborate with her to sabotage Indian PMs joint briefing?
