“Nigeria, what is the way forward? They take your property, they take your land, they increase prices that you can’t even survive. Majority of you will be pushed into the streets whether you like it or not & now they try to take your voice.”
It’s quite ironic that amidst these xenophobic attacks in South Africa, both physically and online, I almost never see any white South Africans amongst the attacker.
I think that largely tells you everything you need to know!
“I am just scrolling through the internet & I saw a video of a Nigerian man that came from the USA & was driving with his international Driver’s license in Nigeria. The Road Safety Officials frustrated the guy & charged him to a mobile court.”

Being thinking a lot lately.
There’s something people don’t tell you about turning 40 and not being married.
That is one thing, but turning 40, not married, and struggling to make ends meet?
That’s a different kind of weight.
You stretch what you have.
You show up when you don’t feel like it.
You carry your own heart and your responsibilities at the same time.
It’s not the life you pictured…
but it’s the life you’re fighting to hold together.
Your plans are not working out the way you imagined.
You wake up sometimes, tell yourself “one step at a time,”
but some days even that one step feels heavy.
Sometimes, it is not the loneliness that is the problem.
It’s the questions. The looks, the subtle when are you getting married, you are getting old, old cargo, menopause is around the corner, e.t.c
Well, That is my story.
But in that quiet, I found myself.
I’ve learned how to sit with my own thoughts without rushing them.
How to build a life that feels full, even when it doesn’t look like everyone else’s.
How to love deeply… even if it hasn’t come back in the way I once imagined.
Some days, I wonder what could have been.
Other days, I’m grateful for what is.
Because turning 40 and unmarried and unsuccessful isn’t being a failure and its nothing to be ashamed about.
it’s just a different story.
And I’m still writing mine.
Here is a secret for you.
After you make your first $2-3 million, pay off your home & have a nice car to drive, there is no difference in the quality of life between you & Elon Musk.
Both of you have a limited amount of time on Earth. You have twice if not more than Elon, so you're technically richer than him.
A pizza is a pizza whether a billionaire eats it or you do.
Money is nothing but digital numbers on a screen.
Real life is outdoors.
Spending quality time with your family & friends.
Become financially independent; that's usually 2-3mil.
Have good food. Enjoy friendships. Workout. Relax.
That's all there is to life.
Greed has no end.
Repeat after me: Time is the currency of life.
Money is not.
The sooner you figure this out, the happier you will be.
I read Art of The Deal
Trump saying “a civilization will die tonight” is straight out of his playbook.
He’s been running it with success for over 40 years.
And that’s the problem.
@chan_leeze@piersmorgan This same scenario you printed is even worse in north Korea and even China but I don’t see USA government there. So yes, this isn’t about human right whatsoever.
