@ath_insights My sons have never had to to drive for hockey practice thankfully. Our local teams go up to AAA.

@ath_insights There are a lot more local hockey programs than football. My son is 13, 6'2" and 220 lbs. He played for Team Ontario as a lineman last year. But the only tackle programs locally are at the high school level. Nothing for younger kids. Not sure why football isn't more popular.

@ath_insights Let me clarify, more local programs. Both Kingston and Brockville folded their tackle programs for competitive U14. Fingers crossed Belleville has their program this year. If not we are looking at Ottawa or GTA.
