I can’t let this go unchallenged.

That young man was, in my opinion and based on the video below, the clear victim of an assault.

The video shows, for reasons that are entirely beyond my comprehension, the officer steaming directly into the victim.

The officer made no effort to prevent the attack or apprehend the men who had just administered the violence.

What I see in the video is the officer using speed and aggression at the moment of peak danger and confusion against the victim.

The victim then controls himself the moment he realises it is now a police officer attacking him and not one of the multiple men who were attacking him a fraction of a second earlier.

In my opinion Birmingham Police should drop the charges against this young man and ask the officer why she went for the victim on the ground and not the attackers!

He is literally tackled by a cop after he manages to get back up on his feet after being blind-sided and has no way of knowing who it is. This is essentially making it illegal to prevent yourself from being beaten or possibly killed, this is beyond tyranny and into extermination.

The officer who was punched charged in and grabbed a man who was trying to get up after being beaten to the ground by a black gang. He was startled and lashed out in self defence, obviously believing the attack was ongoing. She made no attempt to identify herself and her actions were reckless. None of your officers made any attempt to apprehend the others involved, you absolute two-tier wankers. This is precisely what got Henry Nowak killed.

The video is clear:

The young white man was surrounded, grabbed around the neck and thrown to the ground, whilst on the ground, another of the gang punched him the back of the head. He was under attack. The female police officer then grabbed the victim around the neck, amidst the attack, and he lashed out. CLEARLY, he didn't even see who he was hitting. The police officer then called the victim "a dick" before arresting him, and none of the men that had assaulted him.

We must demand the immediate release of the bodycam footage from the recent unlawful arrest in Birmingham.

The handling of this incident is a blatant failure of duty, as the arresting officer targeted the white male as the aggressor despite the clear reality of the situation.

It is impossible that the officer did not see the two black males actively attacking him before charging in to make the arrest.

@BrumPolice are now requesting people stop sharing the footage.

The police have learned nothing from the death of Henry Nowak.
