Comp is not “exploits & cheats” and since 2k20 there has not been any Gamebreaking exploits. Comp pro am is a chess match that many will not experience or understand (our lack of views/Branding, hating on comp is the cool thing to do) But if you pay attention you will notice 90% of comp is the defense. The rotations, knowing when to call them, knowing how to counter every single move of the opponent, knowing what moves a person can and can’t do. The skill gap is the movement and counters. When you get stops then it’s your job to get yourself open (running routes, dexing) you have to figure out ways to counter op defense vs 5 players that get paid a salary to play the game. Everything is a counter .
