Week 23 update: $1164.30 π° (Last update for a few weeksπ)
$100 β $300 β $750 β sitting at $1,164 now.
Just got over the $1,150 target for this week.
This is the last update I'll do for a few weeks now as I'm getting married on Saturday, followed by the honeymoon!
Great progress made this year, thanks for the support so far. See you in August!!

Week 22 update: $1,099.37 π°
Tournaments gave me absolutely nothing this week. Pure break even grind. Cash games carried the whole session and kept the story moving forward.
$1,099 of $2,500. Just under halfway. Next week I want to crack $1,150. Watch this space π
First break, currently on 18bb versus 33bb average.
Was building a decent stack and then had this difficult spot π
Would you have played differently?
On the button with pocket 10s, we raise, big blind calls.
Flop is 5β¦οΈ4β¦οΈ3β£οΈ
Big blind checks, we bet 1/3rd pot, big blind raises small.
I put him on two over cards, diamond flush draw, or pocket pair (lower than 10s).
I want to deny equity so jam all in.
Villain calls and shows the flopped straight with A2.

Day 2 of the $5 Micro Global Festival tonight. Only have 20bb versus the average of 40bb. But let's see if we can spin it up! π€
Few short sessions today. Found myself getting distracted by doing other things so wasn't on my A-game, particularly in the middle session.
Think I'm generally quite good at knowing when my focus isn't 100% there and choosing to do something else.

I should be excited about 25NL being within reach. But it feels like a bigger deal than the moves up from 2NL -> 5NL -> 10NL that I've had so farπhere are some thoughts I've got on it and about my potential shot taking...π
@Rakso1_Poker Yeh that's what I'm conscious of, don't want to change the way I play or worry about those marginal spots just because of the stakes, I want it to stay more or less meaningless so I can play my best poker
Also, I think dropping back down from 25NL back to 10NL would hurt more than the moving up would currently feel good. That asymmetry is probably why I'm being more conservative with my bank roll. Not fear of losing, fear of the embarrassment of retreat.
