The Waffle House Shooting anniversary is today. Yet again, we see ignorant groups like Moms Demand Action leveraging tragedy for more gun control. They’re leaving out facts on purpose, betting you won’t do any research. The shooter had schizophrenia and illegally had guns.

Just spent an entire weekend with my wife and two children surrounded by over 230 people with assault weapons… Probably the safest place we could be. Maybe it’s not the guns but more so the people. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Today we honor those lost during the Columbine shooting 25 years ago. We also see post after post going after guns. We mustn’t overlook the shooters were on drugs nor did they use AR15 style rifles. Leveraging tragedy to ban “Assault Rifles” is disingenuous.
