@StephanieSidley@nancytsidley You can time posts through instagram’s platform or use a third party platform like hootsuite or sprout social or several other platforms. Most companies and influencers plan out and schedule their social media in advance.
New experience this morning:
6. Called company. Got hyper-realistic speaking bot. Truly sounded like a real human being in cadence and diction. In fact, I asked specifically if I was talking to a human or bot. I asked three times to speak to a real person. She (it) refused all three times. I eventually hung up.
@Gothloretta Never heard of her, but am blocked. How odd. I’m no big deal, nor have a robust following on this platform. I am, however, a former network news producer who knows how to investigate and still has connections in business and entertainment worlds. Nervous much, Meg?
@MayorFrey F*ck off.
Today, we remember the men and women who served, fought and died for our country. Each of those moments changed our country forever.
@keyan_concrete I have a 40,000 gallon pool. It is ridiculously big. I looked into making it a third the size, but it was too expensive to do the conversion. So, I have a pool that, with flag stone surround, takes up the majority of my back yard.
@ScottJenningsKY Here’s what’s concerning: none of the above lays out what Iran will actually get. You say they won’t get money for nothing, and they haven’t received money yet. But, why should they receive any money from us? Why is the US always whipping out the checkbook?
When you clear your body of toxins/inflammatory substances, then ingest even a small amount of them later, it hits your system hard.
Reducing alcohol and processed/added sugars from your diet reduces brain fog, joint pain, bloat, dull skin, etc. Once you’ve cleaned your system out, going back isn’t worth it.
You have no idea how much better you feel without all that crap.
@hatethiscity1@raven_brah And the only time we got sugary cereal was on those vacations bc they came in the 12 pack boxes you sawed open with a plastic knife and filled with milk. Otherwise, we ate Cheerios, Wheaties or Rice Crispies. Sugary cereal was too expensive.
My mom taught her five sons and three daughters to cook five basic meals- baked chicken, meat loaf, chuck roast, pork chops, flank steak- along with rice, potatoes and various roasted veg. All inexpensive and easy, and all can be made in large portions to use for several meals. When we each left home we were self sufficient and limited only by our creativity and effort. Restaurants were for birthdays and super special occasions.
I’m a single mom, three teenagers athlete boys. Tight budget. I rotate chicken, pork tenderloin, chuck roast- whatever is on sale- buy in bulk when it’s a good price. I cook large portions of protein and repurpose for a few meals in a row - saves time. Roast potatoes/veg in the oven. No bottled sauces/marinades- all from scratch, it’s cheaper. Grow herbs/some veg in the garden.
Breakfast is homemade sausage and homemade egg bites. The key is plan ahead, read labels, comparison shop, use coupons. And don’t buy crap out of a box filled with preservatives , dyes and artificial flavors. My boys know to check unit prices and buy food with real ingredients. And, they’re learning to feed themselves on a budget.
