I got a Thrustmaster T80 sim racing wheel over the holidays. I opened the box, unpacked everything carefully, and the clamp kit is missing. I went back to Walmart with my receipt, and they advised me that they couldn't exchange it. So I contacted the company directly.

They asked me to email them a copy of the receipt, a picture of the serial number, the pieces it came with, and the box. The reply was prompt, but they wanted me to pay for a clamp kit, plus shipping from the UK.
