Anyway, I played Hytale, it’s fun!

- It’s closer to Valheim than Minecraft
- Some textures are pretty blurry
- Combat isn’t anything special but it works
- The enemies acting shocked when seeing you is cute
- So far it feels like a Ubisoft game- well made but derivative

The reason I dislike the hytale community is because, from what I personally see, they hype the game out of spite for Minecraft. Not because the game itself is great. It's always in comparison with Minecraft.
It can absolutely stand on its own legs, like Vintage Story.

Enjoy your saved game and stop letting Minecraft live rent free in your head. Hytales value isn’t counted in ‘how much better it is than Minecraft’. It’s just cringe how most of the large creators can’t mention Hytale without also mentioning Minecraft lol

I get the impression a lot of Hytale fans don’t actually care about Hytale, they just don’t like Minecraft and want something to replace it
