2/ Getting hands-on with the gliders and other aircraft in the hanger, cadets gained a better understanding of the different maintenance tasks and equipment needed to look after the fleet.

1/ Solar Hybrid Power Generators have been installed on this year’s #AirAndSpaceCamp to help provide energy to some of our off-grid activities and, at times this week, we have been able to utilise solar power alone.

Day two, our first full day of training, is complete and it’s been a great start to this year’s #AirAndSpaceCamp. Cadets have taken part in a variety of activities including air ops, drones and a trip to the National Space Museum.
