@MicrosoftHelps I've been trying to speak to someone about a billing issue with my Minecraft education account but I can't find someone to speak to. Who do I contact? Can I speak to someone?
@Nathaniel_Sheik @floppyfail I'm very grateful for the smash community and their decision to come to Gamers Grove for our events. I've invested a lot resources and time into creating the best venue I can for you to enjoy. The TOs are good guys. Either way we tried something to see how it goes.
@Nathaniel_Sheik @floppyfail I watched, listened, and observed the reps talk to people and kept vigilance over everything I possibly could to ensure people were comfortable and having a good time. I felt like the reps were very reasonable and accommodating regardless of interest in participating.
@Nathaniel_Sheik @floppyfail As far as the sponsor reps go. I stood at the entrance the whole time welcoming people and letting them know that we had regular tickets or sponsored tickets. If they chose a sponsored ticket it would help us increase the prize pool. No on was forced, pushed, or pressured.
@Nathaniel_Sheik @floppyfail I figured that since there prize pool was inflated and sponsored that giving people a chance to enter for less was a good thing and as the week went on and things were discussed more there was confusion. Again I apologize and will take the blame. I'll make it up to the regulars.
@Nathaniel_Sheik @floppyfail Through conversations and planning I misunderstood something's and so did others when it came to the prize pool. That was my mistake and as always I'll take notes and work on it to improve. I'll make it up to the transcendence regulars in one way or another.
@Nathaniel_Sheik @floppyfail As far as the pot bonus goes that was my fault. I was out in touch with the sponsor through Smashers. Smashers followed up with me as well to see what I thought. It was a chance to have a larger prize pool and we figured since it's a weekly we would give it a shot.
@Nathaniel_Sheik @floppyfail Can I ask how I constantly go against everyone's best interest? I talk to the TO and transcendence regulars often about anything that's on their mind about the event, venue, and experience. I'm regularly there until the bracket gets going as well saying hello and making sure

If anyone at anytime has concerns, questions, or feedback please feel free to direct them to me. We had an issue before when we first opened that was brought up on public threads and the second I was made aware and had an understanding of the issue I addressed
@ZeroTuNone @Nathaniel_Sheik @ThatGuyDrake8 that it was no pressure from anyone. I watched, listened, and communicated with the TO, attendees, and sponsorship reps the whole time. Most of the Smashers here were regulars or have been here in the past. Anyone new I said hello too. Either way I kept an eye on the experience

I stayed up front for the majority of smashers arriving and greeted most of them by offering them a regular ticket or sponsored ticket. I let them know that if they signed up with the sponsor they'd be helping us increase the prize pool. After
