If the game has an option for windowed borderless instead of full screen, give that a try.
Works for me on other games... But i dont have SoT on pc.

Which means. Its still unacceptable for them to make us wait the three months for this.

Rockstar has become unacceptably lazy this past year, and it truly discust me.
