I KNOW JP dub is leagues ahead any other dubs and there is plenty of factors for that, but i like seeing how the EN dub is getting better with time. Even tho we get some localization shenanigans from time to time, the voice quality is going up.

The hypersocial, extroverted, loud, obnoxious, criminally-inclined Brazilians people think of because of the media and the internet are a tiny subset of specifically Cariocas (people from Rio de Janeiro) and university students.

To think all Brazilians are like this is to say "Americans wear large gold chains and play basketball all day" without asking "which Americans?"

@awoomaxxing @jasonptodd If we start nitpicking how our country name is written, then first we should go after changing it to Brasil instead of Brazil, worrying about synonimous words is silly in comparison.

@awoomaxxing @jasonptodd Minor spelling mistake, not worth sending the whole paper back since it has the same meaning. The only difference on each word is the context as in Federative is for countries names (in english). Only in portuguese there is a difference between "federal" and "federativo".

One thing this whole debate over "who was the face of EN Vtuber" is skipping over is that the DEMOGRAPHIC of 'vtuber watchers' was barely paying attention to Melody, she had views, but not from this demographic. Most of us was looking at Coco/clippers before HoloEN came.

@VUNX910 @yuimbina Its not about the device, Wuwa engine is heavily bottlenecked on CPU, but not on a traditional sense, because its bad specifically at multi-tasking. So issues like busy PCI lanes or older cpus with slower RAM, suffer greatly, and graphics settings dont affect it at all.

@NasrADefg @Scyrptor So the video above does nothing to showcase "wuwa on its lowest" because the graphics configuration barely has any effect on the main optimization issues on wuwa. i can go from lowest to highest and stay above 70fps, doesnt change a thing.

@NasrADefg @Scyrptor Yes, specially on the CPU department, CPU is the worse bottleneck on Wuwa, to the point that ive had my memory optimization (AMD's EXPO) off for stability reasons, and the ONLY program that had a significant impact because of it was WuWa, that got actually unplayable.
