So I’m #traveling from the hot region of south east Asia and the Middle East and the #airlines of that region are comfortably air conditioned. Then I transfer in cold UK to a UK airline (you may guess) and the airplane’s AC is set to freezing. Someone can explain?

@British_Airways I paid a significant amount of overweight charges for my luggage and now it’s even been delayed for more than a week because of Christmas. So this Christmas I have to spend with the same clothes I travelled with and scramble around with toiletries. Pls assist.

@British_Airways suggestion, pls change those in-ear headphone plugs for over ear headphone especially for toddler in economy class. Those earbuds simply don’t fit. I just spent an 9 hour flight holding those earbuds in my son’s ear so he could enjoy the inflight entertainment.

Airlines in the Middle East and Asia are so much more customer service focused than the ones in the west. Just saying after traveling from Philippines to Turks and Caicos.
