Days later: no WhatsApp, no call, no email. Nothing.
I don’t need another promise. I need my complaint properly escalated and resolved.

@qatarairways What defines an airline is how it treats its passengers when things go wrong. 18 hours late missed connection rude treatment, repeated refusals and the system being used as the answer to every concern. This is not the experience expected from the reputation of @qatarairways.

The worst flying experience with the best airlines in the world @qatarairways.it supposed to be a straightforward journey from Paris to Muscat via Doha turned into an almost 18hour delay at our final destination followed by extremely disappointing handling of the situation.

@qatarairways we left the airport at 4 AM and were transported by bus to the hotel.Once we arrived, There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, a shisha/casino environment, and room conditions were completely unsuitable for us.We ultimately had to leave and pay for another hotel @qatarairways

ونحن على مشارف نهاية ٢٠٢٤ ما زال التقديم للوظائف يتطلب تقديم الاوراق يدوياً مع وجود شرط إعادة اختبار الت��نيف المهني هل يعقل ؟!
