🇺🇸 The mother of the 6-year-old who shot his teacher blamed ADHD.
Deja Taylor said: “He has ADHD… he doesn’t sit still ever.”
She also blamed teacher Abigail Zwerner over a suspension and said the boy accidentally knocked a phone from her hand.
Zwerner was shot in the hand and chest, needed multiple surgeries, and spent weeks in the hospital.
Police later asked the boy about the shooting. He cursed at her.
Not sitting still is a classroom problem.
Bringing a gun to school and shooting the teacher isn’t.

Footage near York College shows a student ripped off her porch by her hair and beaten in the street. A crowd films. Nobody steps in.
She says she blacked out. Friends called 911 before police arrived. Three teen girls were charged.

Edi Mari Hernandez Chacon was walking on South Cottage Grove just before noon Saturday. Police say a woman she did not know walked up and stabbed her in the back. More than once.
Bystanders chased that woman down and held her. Edi was taken to Comer Children’s. She died.
The woman is in custody. No name. No charges announced yet. What the hell is going on these days?

🚨 Grand Rapids: Kieran Ansley, 43, a former Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital NICU nurse, charged with 4 counts of child abuse.
A 4-month-old preemie slated to go home was found with multiple broken bones and bruises. Docs called it physical abuse.

That’s the lesson those children just got: this is how adults handle it.

🚨 She hit their car, ran, then pulled a gun on a dad and his 14-year-old son.
Atlanta, I-20. Brandon Parker was driving his boys (2, 8, and 14) after Zoo Atlanta when a woman clipped their car and took off. He called police and followed to get her plate.
She stopped, jumped out, got in his face, and drew a gun. A round went off in the struggle. Nobody was hit.
Parker grabbed her wrist, hip-tossed her, slammed her into the concrete, knocked her out, and took the gun. His 14-year-old recorded it.
Parker: “Everything I did was to keep them from getting shot.”
She woke up and fled before cops got there. Later identified as Christolyn Momon. Charged with aggravated assault and cruelty to children. Bonded out on $40,000.
Dad protected his kids. She pointed a gun at them over a fender bender.
What should happen to someone who pulls a gun on a father and his children?
