📢📢Theo một báo cáo của The Information, OpenAI đã sa thải Sam Altman, Giám đốc điều hành của công ty, vào ngày 12 tháng 7 năm 2023. Quyết định này được đưa ra sau một cuộc điều tra nội bộ về văn hóa công ty và cách ông Altman điều hành công ty.

Báo cáo cho biết, cuộc điều tra đã phát hiện ra một số vấn đề, bao gồm:

✅Văn hóa công ty độc hại, với việc nhân viên bị quấy rối và phân biệt đối xử.
✅Cách thức quản lý của ông Altman bị cho là thiếu minh bạch và thiếu trách nhiệm.
✅Ông Altman đã lên tiếng thừa nhận những sai lầm của mình và nói rằng ông đã "thất bại" trong việc tạo ra một môi trường làm việc tích cực và mang tính xây dựng. Ông cũng nói rằng ông "hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm" về những gì đã xảy ra.

OpenAI đã bổ nhiệm Ilya Sutskever, một trong những người sáng lập của công ty, làm Giám đốc điều hành mới. Ông Sutskever đã cam kết cải thiện văn hóa công ty và xây dựng một môi trường làm việc nơi tất cả nhân viên đều cảm thấy được tôn trọng và hỗ trợ.
