@sofiabiologista thank you for takin time out of your schedule to chat with us #scistuchat

[Parkerdodgeman08 @2Wyates]

I'd like to thank all of the scientist who participated in the chat tonight thank y'all for taking time to chat with us #scistuchat

Final answer I've learned that we didn't come from apes an there are miss conceptions on how you use the word "theory" #scistuchat

[Parkerdodgeman08 @2Wyates]

A6-3 because some species learn to adapt quicker or move to a new area while others try to stick it out #scistuchat

[dontactlikeicare @anapper2]

Q6 3) Why do some species survive while others go extinct? #scistuchat

[Parkerdodgeman08 @2Wyates]

A6 some species die off they cannot adapt to the changing environments and to be able to survive #scistuchat

[achampion @a_champion1]

Q6) Why do some species survive while others go extinct? #scistuchat

[dontactlikeicare @anapper2]

Q5: Is evolution a consistent linear process? Yes or no? Explain your answer. #scistuchat

[Parkerdodgeman08 @2Wyates]

A5 No because sometimes evolution only changes the smallest of things an than sometimes it's a dramatic change #scistuchat

[Parkerdodgeman08 @2Wyates]

A4 the picture is flawed because it shows how quick they say we jumped from a small primate to a regular size human #scistuchat

[Kellie Jaremko @Neuro_Kellie]

A3) Smells help organisms identify threats (poison), food, mates (pheromones), etc. http://t.co/iyWVFmrYFm via @NatGeo
#scistuchat

[dontactlikeicare @anapper2]

Q3: Why is our sense of smell so important in evolutionary theory? Give a link to a source #scistuchat

[Parkerdodgeman08 @2Wyates]

A3 http://t.co/bgoqIxiKcI Smell helps us have and advantage over other creatures #SciStuChat

[dontactlikeicare @anapper2]

Q2: What are some misconceptions about evolutionary theory? #scistuchat

[Parkerdodgeman08 @2Wyates]

A2 people try to use it to disprove many things in life but never can actually get an answer #scistuchat

[Parkerdodgeman08 @2Wyates]

A1 we use theory as a way of telling someone that we have and idea and scientist use it for research to help test their studies #scistuchat

[dontactlikeicare @anapper2]

Q1: How is the way we use theory different from the way science uses theory? #scistuchat
