Surely you can see what a difficult season it has been and what Slot has had to deal with and how he deserves the chance to reset and go again.

@davidr18400 @AnythingLFC_ This is why this season was always a write off. Slot had to try an manage a devastated dressing room. Just somehow had to manage CL qualification.
Hope they get chance now to reset and start afresh next season with Slot in charge.

@sam_millne @thisisanfield What’s the ppg when you include the 5 games at the beginning of the season? Convenient how you ignore those matches for some reason?

I hope he gets the chance to fix this next season but fear it won’t happen.

Season needs to end, proper reset, rebuild and pre-season and then let’s see how Slot fares in the first 2-3mths of the season.

And Slot and the medical/fitness team are best placed to judge how much time Rio can get.

EPL is far more aggressive and physical.

Yes TAA played a lot games as a teenager (45), but Rio as a winger would be far more at risk of injury from his role and heavy attempts to stop him.

And it was due to cramp today!

Barca have two main teens, that doesn’t make a majority. And EPL is much more physical.

Elliot & Jones barely play as teens! Bajcetic did and look what’s happened!

@LFC_Australia I hope he gets next season to get this right. Improvements to the team, a proper pre-season and some luck with injuries and he can go again.

If next seasons goes poorly in first 2-3mths then a decision has to be made.
Sadly looks like it won’t happen.

Can’t ignore the lasting impact of Jota’s death.

Preseason was ruined, bad injuries this season, shocking ref performances. How have we only had 2 penalties this season? Brentford have had 5x more.

Slot has made mistakes as well.

@LFC_Australia RWB is different to RB surely! When playing RWB, there’s a RB behind you to cover.
He shouldn’t have been signed tbh.

Were you saying we staggered over the finish line when we won the league in April? Don’t know many fans who did back then.
