@bigbullwhales Good morning. We apologize that the shelter was not open on time. These are opened manually and are usually opened by 5:00 AM. During weather events, such as we are experiencing today, the teams are often dispatched to other urgent issues. It was opened at 6:10 AM this morning.

@KelseySzczerba Hi Kelsey - Thanks for this information. We have shared it with Water Services and let them know that water main breaks do not appear to be listed as an issue on the 311 website. (It was there, so that is odd.) In these situations you are also welcome to call 311 and report.
