The help 32 brand brings together 32 UK-based charities, many of which are well known, as well as smaller charities who do not always receive as much visibility
Help 32 charities brings charities together.
Our new story ‘Worn out Shoes’ shows no matter who you are the journey across life's path events that cross our paths when we share good times and the not so good times.
In those bad times in our lives and in times of need, if we thought about one another and how it feels to walk in someone else's shoes and how we could help them in whatever way we can. It could be our own mental health, our own physical health, or it could be our loved ones.
Help 32 charities brings together charities that offer support across a variety of causes, for health care and medical research, for children and young people at risk, for the rescue services, for the disabled, for soldiers and veterans and their immediate families, for animal welfare, for the terminally ill and for those suffering in the community from crisis in their lives.
They grow from strength to strength and to keep growing they need our support so they can help those who need it the most at their time of need.

It's Carers Week 2026! Caring for someone living with a lung condition can mean wearing many hats.
You may be supporting your loved one to manage their condition, helping with personal dressing like washing and dressing, encouraging them to be active and eat well or offering emotional support. Over time you often become experts in the lung condition the person you are caring for has.
We understand this isn’t an easy role, your help is valued and we want you to feel empowered with knowledge and support.
You can find further details on how to care for someone with a lung condition on our website: https://t.co/8AIRj7gPhw

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week 💜
It can be quite common for people with long-term conditions, including lung conditions, to have anxiety and depression.
We know that for many people, living with a lung condition affects their quality of life.
You can have physical symptoms, like getting out of breath and feeling tired. But living with a long-term health condition can also affect your mental health and your ability to cope with daily life.
Find more ways to support your mental wellbeing on our website: https://t.co/4qsVIrzN2B
Today marks the end of Gardens and Health Week, which ran from 2 to 10 May.
As the Army’s National Charity, we are proud to highlight how green spaces are helping veterans rebuild their wellbeing. One of the partner charities we support is @VetsOutdoorsUK, which uses outdoor activity and horticultural therapy to help veterans rebuild confidence, reduce isolation, and improve their mental and physical health.
Our £10,000 grant last year helped the charity deliver a range of activities, including its weekly project at a walled garden in Cornwall, supporting around 80 members of the Army family.
We are able to fund vital work like this thanks to the support of partners such as the National Garden Scheme, whose funding enables us to back organisations using gardening and outdoor activity to make a real difference.

We’ve had a great day in Edinburgh where we hosted a community day for people living with Bronchiectasis in collaboration with @lifearc1.
We had a series of sessions on Bronchiectasis and how its treated, with expert opinions from a GP, physiotherapist and @asthmalunguk research team.
It’s been great to give our community a chance to meet and talk to other people living with Bronchiectasis and share their experiences and tips.
We want all parties and candidates to make their May election campaigns accessible for people who are deaf or have hearing loss.
