That's a fair request. We know V2 doesn't yet have full feature parity with V1, and we don't want to pretend otherwise.

We're actively working on bringing back the most important missing functionality, and we'll continue communicating what is being developed and released. We also don't want to give dates we can't confidently guarantee.

If there are specific V1 features your strategies depend on, please share them with us. We'll be transparent about whether they're planned, already in development, or whether a different workflow is available in V2.

V2 is built on different infrastructure, so this wasn't a conventional migration where existing bots and configurations could simply be copied across.

We also recognize that some V1 workflows are not yet available or work differently in V2, and that this can disrupt existing trading setups. We're working to close those gaps as quickly as possible.

Sorry about this experience. Support is absolutely still available in V2, but we're currently dealing with a much higher volume of requests due to the migration, so response times may unfortunately be longer than they were previously.

We understand where you're coming from. V2 is built on a completely different infrastructure, so unfortunately an automatic transfer of V1 bots wasn't technically possible, and we know recreating existing setups is inconvenient.

We also agree that there are still areas where V2 needs to catch up with V1. Multi-pair DCA is one of the features we're actively working on, and native mobile apps are also planned. In the meantime, V2 can be used on mobile through the web/PWA, as it was specifically polished for mobile devices.

The decision to close V1 wasn't made because we consider every aspect of V2 finished or superior to V1. Unfortunately, keeping V1 running long-term wasn't an available option. Our focus now is on closing the most important feature gaps as quickly as possible and making V2 a platform that existing 3Commas users are comfortable staying with.

We genuinely appreciate feedback like this — especially from someone who has enjoyed using 3Commas in the past. We hope we can earn back that confidence as V2 continues to improve.
