A 6-meter-tall 3D printed tower created by Zaha Hadid Architects using WASP's robotic arm 3D printing technology
Here's how it was made: https://t.co/M9OQOXgHtF
CEREBRO is an integration system designed to connect robotic arms with WASP extruders, including both LDM (ceramic) and FGF technologies. It is also compatible with Aibuild platforms.
The system supports a wide range of printable materials, including technical and recycled thermoplastic pellets, clay, concrete, and certain biomaterials such as mycelium.
A dedicated application allows users to monitor and adjust print settings in real time via smartphone or computer, providing greater control and flexibility throughout the printing process.

Construction of Itaca Using Crane WASP
The walls of TECLA (Itaca prototype) were fabricated using Crane WASP and a lime-based material mixture without the use of conventional concrete. The material was selected for its lower carbon footprint compared to traditional cement-based solutions, while still meeting structural performance and durability requirements.
The lime-based mixture also offers high vapor permeability, enabling improved moisture regulation within the wall system. This characteristic supports passive thermal stabilization and reduces the risk of surface mold formation.
