@raviav55 Which one did you try? The laptop style that look kind of traditional or the wireless probes? I'm looking for low cost ultrasound devices but those are hard to find. Even 2nd hand costs more than most of the sunbright stuff...
I finally finished setting up the #maslowcnc with a wall frame. Impressed by the relatively easy process and happy about the result. First @MakerCase test print (to cover power outlets).

Plotting round things on the weekend: Acrylic paint on paper with something like 3000 strokes for each circle.. and lots of spoiled paint. #plottertwitter
@revdancatt Hmm, I just manual extended your example... no algorithm so far, unfortunately... I guess 36 will be the maximum I want to print anyway on my printer, for now.
How to max out @revdancatt perlin landscapes: using blob allows downloading the svg lifting the 88,400 lines limit - no, I won't plot those >4 million lines o.0
@revdancatt Thank you! That means a lot..
Using a fountain pen with custom made/modified colour is clever and looks great.. I look forward reading more. I used those special empty pens for acrylic paint once but wasn't really satisfied with trade off between viscosity and pigment..
I was tired of pens drying out when plotting so I tried acrylic paint with a quite broad brush (printing a perlin spiral from @revdancatt ). There's still a lot to learn but I like the handmade appearance. Will add some more layers next time.. #plottertwitter
Was at the Vera Molnar exhibition at MuDA in Zürich (@oiioiioioiiioio) - very fascinating and inspirational! It's until Feb. 9th.
Started drawing right afterwards: a @revdancatt spiral mod. Can't wait to start plotting.
@revdancatt Your spirals are printing here too while simultaneously trying to optimize my pen support.. Should probably try those A5 instead. Thanks for sharing your code!
Short summary of #Hangprinter at #35C3: Great feedback from the community, lot's of people interested. Easy setup but manual calibration too demanding, at least for a congress (need those encoders which didn't arrive in time).Timing belts work great. Thanks @tobbelobb for support
