Hello, @FortniteStatus

I recently updated 3 of my Fortnite Creative / UEFN maps. After publishing the updates, I can no longer enter any of my maps, including both the maps that were updated and the maps that were not updated.

In addition, many players are experiencing the same issue. When they try to join the map, they are sent back to the lobby instead of loading into the island. This has caused a significant drop in player count.

Could you please help me identify the cause of this problem?

Is there a new setting, feature, requirement, or configuration in UEFN that needs to be enabled after recent updates? Or could this be a matchmaking or publishing issue on Epic's side?

I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

@_StudioKoco_ Before this issue started, did you make any updates to your maps? Or did the problem appear suddenly without you making any changes or updates?

Hi, I'm reaching out regarding a critical issue affecting all my UEFN maps on "3DH" creator code. Over the past -2 hours, player counts have dropped dramatically to nearly zero across all my maps simultaneously. All players get instantly kicked as soon as the loading screen finishes on all maps. Given the scope and severity, I need immediate technical investigation and support. Can you escalate this to the appropriate team and provide an ETA on diagnosis?
