We stand behind our dryers as we use them in our own production. We used our new IFD-175 AP during the print of this custom piece for a customer. This was done with Polylite ASA at 220mm/s with the dryer set to 78°C. The finished print came out great.

For those of you with an #A1 or an #Elegoo printer, we have mounts for you! It may look a little odd but with it mounted here, it severely reduces the amount of filament purged to reach the dry portion of the #filament. We tested it out and had zero issues with vibration speeds.

WHAT'S THIS?
An IFD EX attached to a 2.85mm @ultimaker S5? Why yes it is! A Senior Product Development Engineer at Human Active Technology is helping us test a 2.85mm version of the IFD for the first time. Unofficially called the IFD-285X. (In the military, X means experimental!)

Testing out the IFD-175 AP setup on the #A1 with 4 year old Makeshaper #PLA (stored in the open) at 300mm/s. It finished with ZERO flaws. I had to reverse engineer the tube splitter with a small magnet to complete the connection. The STL/STEP files will be uploaded to soon.
