@Delta We really appreciated Ann’s great service on our flight today from DTW TO DSM DL5345 (4:20pm departure). She was so kind and friendly and always had a smile on her face. She was quick with the beverages and snacks and clean up :)

@VikingCruises Don’t book a Viking cruise if you’re doing a family trip. We have different ‘room categories’ then our children and the excursion sign up dates are different for each room category. Therefore, no guarantee that we will all get the same excursions 👎🏼
@VikingCruises It sure doesn’t seem very customer friendly to not honor included transfers when a guest decides to take advantage of what the port city has to offer a couple days prior to departure
ATTENTION @StateFarm Mom has 100% coverage for her home. She is not in a flood zone. You just sent my mom a $51K dollar check which she has not cashed. The contractor’s estimate is $208K to cover all of this damage. This is not acceptable. We expect mom’s house and garage to be restored as it was before this storm.

This morning, the federal government is fining American Airlines $50 million for mishandling *thousands* of wheelchairs, including this case posted on TikTok last year.
@AmericanAir@IowaMikePoker it’s been 75 days since our first request for reimbursement for our missed flight and additional hotel expenses. When I worked in Customer Service 2 HOURS WAS TOO LONG TO WAIT FOR A RESOLUTION!!!!
Funny how @AmericanAir goes silent when you ask for compensation for their mechanical issues causing you to miss part of your group tour and encure extra expenses (hotel and meals) that we had already paid for with our tour.
