Our handcrafted 3 GRAINS pizza base uses a range of whole grain flours (namely spelt, einkorn and integrale) which is then gently fermented for 72 hours before use, meaning it's easier for your body to digest! So, there you go! Another great excuse to eat our pizza!

Our pizza dough has been a labor of love for us. Inspired by the traditional bakers of Ancient Rome who used a range of stone ground ancient grains to produce their flavoursome flatbreads, our recipe has been tried and tested (and re-tested!) over many years.
