CD Hotlist

"What’s interesting about 3 POB: they signal “ country music” — band name, banjos, etc. but the music is more complicated. “Tempt My Fate,” song structure, melodic gestures nod to Broadway & Nashville; “Upon a High Horse” is dream pop & country. Very nice stuff."

Started with these ingredients including homemade vegetable stock, turned it into a hearty minestrone soup, had to freeze some of it for later this month, for those days that you don't feel like cooking and don't feel like going out shopping!
