@hjluks Howard, I’m in my late 50s. I’ve always been active and recently fit. In my late 20s, I tore the cartilage in our right knee. Large piece of meniscus removed. Surgeon that removed it told me to keep my life strong. So I’ve done that. I’ve had few issues for 30 years. (more)
