Happy 78th Birthday to the @usairforce!
After being separated from the @USArmy in 1947 and created into its own branch of service, the Air Force continues to fly, fight, and win into the wild blue yonder providing unmatched air dominance across the globe.
From the unmistakable “BRRRRRT” of an A-10 Warthog providing close air support, to the essential trans-continental lift mobility provided by its large transport aircraft and airmen, to the unbeatable air-supremacy provided by F-22s and F-35s, nothing can stop the U.S. Air Force.
