@FlaggMavs It's also because they don't understand the definition of socialism. Social welfare programs is not socialism where the gov't owns the means of production. We need to work on the messaging to let them know what they're asking for is not socialism.

@dandinohill Voters for both parties should commit to only electing people who definitely say they'll support a balanced budget amendment. If you're not willing to say you will do that, it's a non-starter for my vote.
