For 5 years I’ve listened to the same advice.

“Keep building.”

So I did.

I didn’t just launch a collection.

I built a city.

I built lore.

I built civilizations.

I built archives.

I built a game.

I built an ecosystem.

I built the foundations for AI-powered citizens.

I spent months building things most projects only ever put on a roadmap.

Then I look around Web3 and realise something.

The projects that win aren’t always the ones that build the most.
