@eBay As a long term customer (over 25 years), I canโt begin to explain how disappointed I am with eBay. I have sold 1000s of items with perfect feedback. I sold an item a few months back and the buyer claimed to receive the wrong item. They switched the tags from my itemโฆ
to their item and started a return. I provided photos showing the proper item was shipped and they closed the return. The buyer went through their bank to get reimbursed and the bank ruled in their favor despite me providing evidence to eBay to appeal the decision. I talkedโฆ
to no less than 6 people who said they would help and reach back out. I followed up again today after not hearing anything for over a month and was told there is nothing eBay can do. They have not supported me and said I can explore options outside of eBay. How is this fair?

Beware of StockX. I ordered a 2020 Topps First Edition Box and received today. It was shipped in an oversized box with no packing. Box came dinged on all corners with a large ding on one of the corners. @stockx
@stockx Thanks you referred me to the email that was sent. So you are suggesting that I sell the damaged product and you will authenticate so the next purchaser is stuck with it.
