@csjk_jcisk @DruzheKarlik @ObiViktoriya Geneva convention only bans killing of people who are unable to participate in fight - most of those killed by drones had weapons, and were to fight soon. You will be surprised but it is by geneva convention to kill sleeping soldiers even. Soldiers are never non-combatants.
